Warranty Policy

VEUR Chopping Board Warranty

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 12-month warranty on your board from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers any faults that occur under normal, intended use – such as slicing, dicing, and everyday kitchen prep – provided the board has been properly cared for in line with our care instructions (regular oiling, prompt drying after cleaning, and storing upright periodically).

Please note, we may not accept claims if damage is caused by conditions outside of intended use, including:

  • Excess moisture exposure (e.g., soaking, dishwasher use, leaving the board wet for extended periods).
  • Extreme heat (e.g., placing hot pans directly on the board).
  • Improper storage or neglect that leads to swelling, shrinkage, or glue joint separation.

If your board fails within the warranty period despite being used and maintained correctly, we’ll make it right. Each claim will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness.

At the end of the day, our boards are built to last. If an issue does arise, it’s usually caught during our own rigorous manufacturing and finishing process – which is why genuine failures in the home kitchen are extremely rare.

We’re proud of the standards we hold and the durability of our products, and we’re here to back you up if the unexpected happens.

VEUR Knife Sharpener Extended Warranty

At VEUR, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we make.
Your VEUR Rolling Knife Sharpener is built to last — and we back it with confidence.

Your sharpener is covered for the extended warranty period you purchased from the date of purchase, protecting you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

What’s Covered

  • We’ll repair or replace (at our discretion) any product or part that proves defective due to:
  • Manufacturing faults
  • Faulty materials
  • Workmanship defects

If a replacement is needed, it may be of an identical model or a comparable equivalent.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear — including wear of the sharpening discs or rollers
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or discolouration
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, impact, or improper cleaning
  • Damage from commercial or non-household use
  • Alterations, repairs, or modifications not authorised by VEUR

Sharpening discs are consumable parts and will naturally wear over time. This is expected with regular use and is not considered a defect.
