Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within Australia, New Zealand & Canada.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
Delivery time: 5-10 business days
Flat rate: displayed at checkout
Priority Shipping: Delivery time: 5-7 business days (your order jumps to the front of the shipping queue when this option is selected)
Cost: displayed at checkout

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen shipping method and order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@veur.com.au. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at support@veur.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier and photo proof is provided, the customer assumes responsibility for the package. Please ensure a secure delivery location is available. Please use the delivery notes field in your cart to provide safe drop instructions. We are not liable for theft after confirmed delivery.
