You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

Has a major defect or fault (e.g., does not work as described or is significantly different from its description).
Is unsafe or unfit for its intended purpose.
Arrives in an unsatisfactory condition.
For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind Returns
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. However, we may accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is in its original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is provided.
If accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

Contact us at support@veur.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue.
For a full refund, you will need to return the goods to our warehouse in Sydney at your own cost.
Our customer service team will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return the product in its original condition (where applicable). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will assess the return and notify you of the outcome.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items Not Eligible for Returns
Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

Clearance or “as-is” items.
Perishable or consumable products.
Products damaged through misuse or neglect.

Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping for faulty or misdescribed items. For change-of-mind returns, customers must cover shipping costs.

Warranty Claims
