2.2 Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2.3 Payment methods accepted include credit cards, PayPal & Afterpay.
2.4 Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
3. Compliance with Facebook Commerce Policies
3.1 Our store complies with Facebook’s Commerce Policies, and we do not sell any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or counterfeit goods.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We ship to Australian, New Zealand & Canadian addresses only.
4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless a product is faulty or not as described.
4.3 Estimated delivery times are between 5-10 business days and are subject to delays beyond our control, such as those caused by shipping providers.
4.4 Customers will receive email notification once their order is dispatched.
5. Returns, Refunds & Customer Support
5.1 In compliance with Australian Consumer Law and Facebook's policies, if you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
5.2 To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email at support@veur.com.au or through our Facebook page.
5.3 Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.4 Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

6.1 We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and comply with Facebook’s requirements. However, minor variations may occur.
6.2 Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
